In order to support the vulnerable, minorities and hard to reach groups in North Kent, most especially the young people and their family; Youth Ngage is delighted to start a project called “Mind-full”, working in partnership with Health professionals and Kent Police to raise awareness of mental health issues among African/Caribbean communities and how to access support.
“Mind-full” is a project that encourages and educates the young people and their family to be mindful of their health, happiness, attitude towards others, positive engagements and conscious awareness of mental health triggers.
